When Mattia Beffa and Susanna Lepori started PepperDreams, a local virus was also beginning to develop into a global pandemic. The following years PepperDreams, like all of us, had imagined differently. The time was used to deepen the cooperation with their producer Jonas Macullo.
In the meantime PepperDreams have grown together with Jonas Macullo to a trio. Together they write songs, produce in the studio and give concerts.
Now the first song of their reboot, “King of my Heart”, will be released on April 28, 2023.
The song is a love story, a dialogue between two lovers who tell us how powerful and true love is. Says Mattia: “You may doubt many things in this world that are told to you as reality, but never doubt your love.”
The song ‘King of my Heart’ is light, carefree and tempts you to dance and sing along.

Als Mattia Beffa und Susanna Lepori mit PepperDreams starteten, begann auch ein lokaler Virus sich zu einer globalen Pandemie zu entwickeln. Die folgenden Jahre hatten sich PepperDreams, wie wir alle, anders vorgestellt. Die Zeit wurde genutzt, um mit ihrem Produzenten Jonas Macullo die Zusammenarbeit zu vertiefen.
Mittlerweile sind PepperDreams mit Jonas Macullo zu einem Trio zusammengewachsen. Gemeinsam schreiben sie Songs, produzieren im Studio und geben Konzerte.
Nun erscheint am 28. April 2023 mit „King of my Heart“ der erste Song ihres Neustarts.
Der Song ist eine Liebesgeschichte, ein Dialog zwischen zwei Liebenden, die uns erzählen, wie mächtig und wahr die Liebe ist. Dazu Mattia: «Du magst an vielen Dingen in dieser Welt zweifeln, die dir als Realität erzählt werden, aber zweifle nie an deiner Liebe.»
Der Song ‘King of my Heart’ ist leicht, unbeschwert und verführt zum Tanzen und Mitsingen.

Quando Mattia Beffa e Susanna Lepori hanno iniziato con PepperDreams, iniziò anche la trasformazione di un virus locale in una pandemia globale. Gli anni successivi PepperDreams, come tutti noi, avevano immaginato diversamente. Il tempo è stato utilizzato per approfondire la collaborazione con il loro produttore Jonas Macullo.

La canzone è una storia d’amore, un dialogo tra due innamorati che ci raccontano quanto sia potente e vero l’amore. Mattia dice: “Puoi dubitare di molte cose di questo mondo che ti vengono raccontate come realtà, ma non dubitare mai dell’amore”.
La canzone “King of my Heart” è leggera, spensierata e invita a ballare e cantare insieme.
