Shipping & Returns

Shipment in Switzerland
Our products get shipped FREE within 1-7 regular working days in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders out of Switzerland please use our international shop on www.profimusic.com.

We are eager to deliver your order as soon as possible. The metioned times of delivery are empirical values. Unfortunately, they`re only valid if our suppliers have the desired product in stock. In case of a delivery delay we will write you an email.

For orders under CHF 16 we charge you additional CHF 5 for the handling.

Shipment out of Switzerland
Out of Switzerland we deliver our products within 3-10 weekdays. The order doesn`t get shipped until it got paid with PayPal.
CDs get shipped for FREE (except double CDs, special editions and products unter CHF 15).
For products with a postage fee we`ll send you an additional PayPal payment demand for the postal charges (somewhere between 5 and 12 CHF, depending on size and weight of the order) right after receiving your order. In case the fee is too high for you you are able to cancel your order. Doing so we`ll pay you back via PayPal immediately the amount you paid in before.
Since Switzerland doesn`t belong to the EU, for orders over 20 CHF you might have to pay import dues. In case you order more than one CD we deliver them apart from each other to avoid custom charges.
